by PC : Directly to https://www.disneyplus.com and you have sign-in on the right top
by Smartphone : install the app Disney+ and after connect with accounts

IN GENERAL For ALL :
- By Pc on your browser when you try to connect you have a double verification forget it and try another one - if bad pass or login the same etc etc ...
- By Phone : if phone number asked FORGET IT try another one etc etc ...
