after commenting or posting hidden data still cant see ? it needed to refresh to see hidden content.

Why can't I open the spoiler?

Certified members are members that have a few extra features because they contributed something useful to this site. It's actually not hard to become an Certified member, but it does require some minimal effort.

Certified Basic Requirements
