Can anyone tell me who to get rid of this

I dont know if im going about this the right way, but can anyone tell me what this is and how do i get rid of it. It is really annoying. Ive deleted everything i have installed since experiencing this issue but to no avail. Your help is greatly appreciated.

It's maybe because of the many processes running in the background.

Other causes can be: Slow/Old Storage or RAM or CPU.
Sometimes the antivirus slows down the PC too.
These are some of the major reasons for such issue but can also be Cache issues and hence try to clear temp files form PC.
